1. The equipment is independently developed by Jingmeida Company. The core technology and competitiveness are all the company's own.
2. All adopt the most advanced petal structure. Regardless of the UV flexo printing unit, all adopt the standard flower identification flexo printing unit or the upper supply box drying flexo printing unit to avoid the influence of hot air on the printing plate. The printing pressure is very stable and reliable.
3. In the famous flower-type flexo printing unit, the end rings on both sides bear the weight of the plate roller and do not operate. The printing unit is durable, the movement process does not move, and the printing quality is consistent after 5 years, 10 years, and 20 years.
4. The printing unit adopts a dual-clutch structure, I .e. the anilox roller is separated from the pressure first, then after 1-5 turns (which can be set), the printing plate roller is separated from the pressure again, so that the printing plate is clean and the number of plates is greatly reduced. Reduce waste and labor and increase effective working hours.
5. Each printing unit panel has two special presses. One is that the left unit rotates together while the right unit does not move. The other is that the left unit does not move while the right unit rotates together. This function is specially developed for lottery machines. It is very useful for connecting paper after paper break and quickly establishing tension, saving paper connection time and materials after paper break.
6, drying using hot air/infrared combination drying, high efficiency, greatly save energy and improve drying performance! Improve the machine running speed. Hot air can be electricity or gas supply.

The whole machine adopts European Bega food with motor and dynamic controller, full servo shaftless transmission, full automatic pre-registration, full automatic vertical and horizontal registration, time-saving, material-saving, stable overprinting, good rigidity quality, reliable and durable equipment (imported servo, PLC, tension control, etc.)
8. Due to the powerful drying function of the machine design, it is good for oil-proof eggs, stripping base oil and water-based scraping. The mainstream anti-transmission oil, stripping base oil, water-based scraping ink and color ink in the market can be used, thus increasing the flexibility of customer selection.
9. The 1500mm diameter is adopted simultaneously for winding, which reduces the number of winding changes, saves materials and increases the effective working time.

This machine is equipped with non-stop unwinding and non-stop winding equipment. The whole machine is equipped with 23 sets of printing stations. Each printing station adopts a shaftless and gearless full servo drive mode to meet the printing of water-based ink and UV ink. The next printing station and the last printing station of the code spraying system are equipped with UV drying devices.
