2. color box material
Color box printing material is divided into two categories: face paper, pit paper. Usually, color box face paper is commonly used (called in Taiwan): powder gray paper, gray copper, white copper, single copper, gorgeous card, gold card, silver card, laser card, kraft paper, etc.
There are 2 kinds of "white board": 1, white copper, 2, single copper. What they have in common is that both sides are white. The difference is "white copper": one side is smooth and the other is not smooth, that is, one side has a coated surface and one side has no coated surface. "Single Copper": Both sides have coated surfaces, and both sides can be printed. The gray board has this kind of paper, but it is not used on the color box. The general white card is also the "white board" paper, but it is short for general quotation, except for special white cards, such as platinum card, silver card, etc.
Powder gray paper: one side is white, one side is gray, the price is low, both sides of the double powder paper are white, the price is high, the color box effect made of this powder gray paper is also relatively high-grade, generally used to make gift boxes. According to the shape and size of the product, the material of the color box is determined. Commonly used materials are: 280g powder ash paper, 300g powder ash paper, 350g powder ash paper, 260g powder ash mounting e-pit, 260g double powder paper mounting e-pit, etc. According to the packaging weight of the product and the positioning of the product.
