The spot color inks are pre-mixed by the printing plant or produced by the ink factory. For each spot color of the printed matter, there is a special color plate corresponding to the printing. Use spot colors to make colors more accurate. Such as: special gold, special silver, and so on. Four color refers to the CMYK mode printing color.
4. What to do when encountering a large area of black: It is better to pad a color between 30-40 blue or a similar dark color between 30-40 blue under the large area of black, because in theory, black presses any color equal to black. The purpose is to prevent printing is not black enough and small white spots appear.
Resolution for printing: generally 300DPI. Of course, the higher the clearer.
6, what is bleeding: this is actually very simple, but there are still a lot of people do not know what it means, the purpose of bleeding is to ensure accurate die cutting, ordinary paper is generally 3mm, corrugated is generally 5-7mm. Due to errors in design and imposition, bleeding can be less, but more than 1.5mm must be guaranteed.
7, bronzing silver minimum size: generally is guaranteed in 0.3mm, good technology can be between 0.1-0.2.
